We came here for a mini vacation and have loved our stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating to our requests at check in. The in-house restaurant is a little on the pricy side, and we weren't terribly impressed with the service the one night we ate in, but the food was great just the same. We also enjoyed spending some time in the hotel sauna and whirlpool. The location is in a pretty quiet, well-maintained area of town, and the immediate surroundings and hotel grounds are beautiful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd gladly visit again!
This place deserves all 5 stars. Accommodations are well appointed. The place is huge; pool, gym, restaurant on-premises, an outside relaxation area, huge parking lot and garages. Genuinely wonderful customer experience. Staff are friendly and courteous. They are quick to respond and efficient. I've had no issues here and would recommend to stay.
The staff was super pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located away from the city so it made for a great "getaway." It was easily accessible to all major attractions which was very convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious despite the slow service and higher end price. I would defin2stay here again!
Stayed overnight before the drive back home while retuning from vacation in Hawaii. This room was an upgrade since I am Platinum Member. But I was so surprised to get such great service! No problems with check in even at Midnight! Hotel and rooms are in great shape and I didn't get to do much there but I would stay again. It is about 15 minutes from the airport and better that the Springhill and Fairfield's I have stayed at in the past for about the same price. Video on the YouTube Channel. Thanks for reading.
I have to say I was very impressed with my stay here. I had a little trouble getting checked in on the first day at no fault of the hotel, but after that everything went above and beyond my expectations. The second afternoon of my stay, I received a hand written appreciation card and snack for my troubles at check in. How sweet is that?! This is a beautiful, clean and welcoming place to stay!
