Only one elevator was running so the wait sometimes was long. It was full at one point and we had to wait for it to come up again.
I've stayed here often and have never had an unpleasant experience. Staff are cheerful and helpful, everything is generally very clean and presentable. Convenient to all of the southwest metro's booming tech businesses. Parking is good, and it's within very short walking distance to a Caribou Coffee, Panera Bread, and several other restaurants.
The breakfast was not as great as in the past. The pancake machine was out of order and the biscuits were not warmed. It was crowded and not enough seating for everyone.
I've stayed in the hotel for two weeks. Everything was great. Many options at breakfast, and you never get empty handed. The staff is great, really nice, helpful and kind. The room was perfect too, hot water, equipped, great bed.
They have a nice gym and an indoor swimming pool (not warm) and a hottub. I've used the hottub and it was great.
I was a bit disappointed with my stay. I usually really like staying here but there were a few things that made me think I may stay elsewhere.
The only thing I would enhance is the wifi.
Clean and comfortable accommodations in a quiet location. Easy access to major highways. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Good location off the highway, easy to find. Rooms were simple and clean, good value for the price.
The ice machine was right out my door and people used it at all hours of the night. They visited loudly as they waited to fill their ice bucket. When I mentioned it to the front desk at check out they gave a half hearted sorry.
