These guys are fabulous! We took one computer there after 2 other places had worked on it. They not only found the simple fix, but charged us less than half of what the other places had! We have also bought 2 used computers from them in the last 4-5 years at great prices and have been very happy with both of them. They really know their stuff and are wonderful to work with.
The staff was very helpful. They diagnosed the issue right away and even were able to test with a part that was in the store prior to ordering it for my phone. The experience was wonderful and they were able to save me a big chunk of change by not having to buy a new phone!
Device Pitstop is the BEST place to get your phone fixed. I used a GroupOn and pretty much got my phone totally refurbished with a new screen, LCD frame, and battery for $60. It's works amazing! I also bought a life-time warranty charger for only $15. If ever it stops working they will replace it. Same with the glass protector. I will definitely go back if I ever need something (computer, phone, ipad) fixed.
The guys are very fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. Explained many things I didn't understand and were quite competent when answering my questions. I would definitely go back simply because the interaction between the staff and the customer was outstanding.
