I would give ZERO stars if I could. Years back I worked for Vickies and am a very loyal client to the brand. I've never received great service here, but usually I can help myself to what I need. A few weeks ago, I came in with the intent to purchase multiple bras and matching bottoms. I just finished breastfeeding and needed all new bras -- AND was kid-free, on me time, and ready to shop! I asked for help multiple times in the fitting room - hit my button and the workers would just come turn it off. I'm not sure if they forgot someone was in there? After 5 tries of asking for help, asking for a new size to be brought to me to try on....(The two workers were clearly too busy to help out, so I left. I will not be setting foot in this store ever again. EVER.
The bra specialist with glasses was extremely rude. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.
Michelle rocks! She was very friendly and helped me find the right bra styles and size. I have been to several VS locations and this was by far the best customer service I have experienced.

The deal on panties was 5 for $35. I checked my receipt after I got rung up and realized the cashier charged me $14.50 for each pair of panties. I returned to the store with this concern; Armani was extremely helpful in returning about $40 to my card.
