I went in there to kill time and ended up finding things I've been searching for with the the help of des (excuse me if I spell her name wrong ) but I was so comfortably approached and informed about all the offers by all the staff as well . Des offered me many things and even though I declined she still made me feel very comfortable but had a great sales pitch with no bs . Had a great experience totally recommend this lane bryant !!
Love this store and Margo was so helpful today. Went in just looking for a Christmas kind of outfit and walked out the happiest Womanl ever. Thanks Margo for all your help and great advice.
The store has some very nice things. However the help there leaves a lot to be desired. No matter when I go the workers are very slow and unmotivated. I went one day at lunch to get a package and the worker was trying on clothes herself! She took her sweet time and I waited about a half hour for the other lady to get my package! No other customers in the store...Pathetic!
The staff at this location deserve 5 stars. The clothes are stylish, this is my favorite place to shop. It's always a pleasant experience.
