Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a Groupon, and when I tried to schedule the appointment, the woman on the phone didn't understand me, yelled at me, and then told me I couldn't use my Groupon. Thankfully Groupon refunded me in credit, so I was able to take my business elsewhere. So sad that this is the way people are treated for trying to support local business. ):
The Groupon deal IS a great value here. I'm ok that their English is sparse. I didn't go there to chat. They know very well how to apply a great strong massage and free up my muscles. I call the masseuse "doctor" he was so good.
The first time I went to this place back in 2016, I had one of the best massages I've ever had before. Because of this experience, I decided to go there again. This time around, I had a bad experience. The lady who massaged me did a poor job with it. She placed a towel over my eyes before she started on my feet but I moved it around a bit when I scratched my face. In doing this I was able to see what was going on. The lady was on her phone while she was massaging my feet. One hand was on my feet and the other on the phone. She didn't have great customer service

Was relaxing had the combo.. paid 60 plus 2 for credit card.... after massage I was told massage therapist should recieve 12 dollar tip!!!. I was not impressed to be told I needed to pay 12 dollars more.. I will go elsewhere maybe I should get Groupon
