Worst customer service ever faced in 10 years experience. I was frequent customer from past 4 years for this brand,but this particular store changed my opinion after visiting 3 times. If you are buying stuff from this store, just make sure you know all the rules in and out before swiping your card for purchase. There is no exchange even if the $150 worth shoes hurts your feet with in 10 to 15 min of wearing it.

Fantastic staff. One of the managers helped me accessorize for my wedding in no time at all. Even brought out similar styles to other shoes. I just had to get them. And the purses! Such high quality stuff and a great staff. Thanks guys!! And a big thank you to Yande for helping me through my bridezilla stage! Definitely going to shop here again. :)
