crappy school

Great school then, Great school Now! I love the curriculum, the campus, the parent/teacher/Student involvement. Haven't met all the teachers but I know that the ones I have are fantastic and seem to genuinely love what they do... helping our kids excel and find the greatness within. Pushing these kiddos towards independence and responsibility. Love the ethnic diversity. My kid went to west before The high school(as did I) The support was great there, IB school on the rise!!! This school may not be for everyone, and I've read the previous reviews and I'm thinking that maybe those comments were left due to 1 bad experience during a school year. My review is based on the experience of knowing the difference between Hopkins schools vs. the others... Hopkins isn't so bad(it's actually really great) "Go Royals" and thanks to all the amazing students who paved the way and all the awesome teachers and school officials who lost their minds, probably some hair and went grey trying to get you there! Lol (Gotta love what you do!) thanks Hopkins

Poor school, terrible students, staff is unhelpful and caters to the low end of students, just trying to get everyone to pass

strict, few good teachers. Some teachers even bother you and harass you. Mrs. *. Students yell PDA like a bunch of immature elementary kids. Better than north junior high though. Still for a high school some para's are don't do their job correctly. Some faculty members don't make sure students don't punish students in the right manner. But punish other students for doing the right thing harshly.
