I cannot thank the owner, Sam, enough for helping me find the car I want. I was in the market to purchase a sedan since my lease was coming to a close and Sam was there to help every step of the way. Very responsive, professional, and best of all honest (which you rarely ever receive in car dealerships). Sam created an environment where I know I could feel confident purchasing a car from him and any concerns or questions I had was addressed. I could not recommend this dealership enough to anyone searching for a car.
My wife and I wanted to trade in our truck for a better gas mileage vehicle. We saw a few cars we liked on Motorcars website. Sam, who we worked with, was very knowledgeable about cars and made it easy make the switch. We had trade-in offers from 2 big dealerships, Motorcars offer was well over those! I was extremely happy with my recent purchase of a 2006 Audi A4 wagon from this dealer. I was especially pleased that Sam, the owner, agreed to repair a minor issue that arose after my purchase. He didn't have to do this, but the fact that he did goes to show that he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that buyers are satisfied with their purchase. In addition to the mechanical issues (a check engine light due to a turbo valve needing replacement, plus several blown light bulbs), Sam had my car fully detailed for free a week after my purchase. Throughout the purchase and after-purchase period, he was pleasant and courteous, and really made the experience pleasurable. Sam even took the car to a mechanic I chose and hired to look over the car before I bought it. I would definitely go to him again, and recommend Minneapolis Motorcars without reservation.
Before finding a car at Minneapolis Motorcars, I'd spent months visiting dealerships (used and new) throughout the Twin Cities. No one was nicer or more reasonable than Sam at Minneapolis Motorcars. He had the rare car that I wanted, and even more rare was that he was asking a fair price for it.
Sam even went above and beyond after I agreed to buy it by buffing out some scratches on the car that bothered me and helping me to get a spare key made. The entire experience was effortless.
