Then there’s the food! It took my cousin over 45 minutes to get the hot dog he ordered. When it arrived, he said the bread was stale and it crumbled like a cracker. Very surface was dirty and sticky! After I left, I got sick immediately (Saturday Party to Thursday the following week).
Then, we decided to go play mini golf. When we got outside, we realized that they crammed about 5 outdoor games and an eating area into this tiny space on the side of the building. Very lackluster and a complete disappointment compared to what they have on their website. Once done, we gathered inside to play a game of laser tag. The workers in charge of birthday parties were not speaking with one another and were jumping the lines to let in parties.
The time challenge game was not working! The bump n’ spin carts were not working! The workers kept leaving their post, leaving the games unattended.
Beer was good. Bowling was bad. Pins on a strings. Food was cold. Would not recommend
I decided to come here for my birthday because my cousin recommended it. Now, I usually go to Grand Slam (still the best in my opinion), but decided to try something new. Immediately after paying over $100 for 3 unlimited passes, we noticed that several of the arcade games were either broken (out of order) or missing parts/equipment (table hockey had no puck, skew ball had no balls). There were no technicians present in the whole facility. When I went to complain to the worker, his thought was to put the points back on my card. But what is the use of having points for the arcade if the arcade games don’t work?!
Enjoy the go karts that's why I have them 2 stars instead of one. Staff is rude and doesn't know how communicate properly with guests. The manager Thor is amazing though! He's very friendly and energetic and makes you feel welcomed!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! First off, it’s super expensive! Like, unreasonably priced!
Generally, a fun place. A lot of times we have visited there has been broken machines. Occasionally, you have a hard time finding somewhere to sit down with your food due to dirty tables. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if you have issues.
Takes too long to check in. Not legit alley. Strings attached to top of pins. Bad setup. Would not recommend. Workers Don’t clean up after customers. Dishes were at our spot on the lanes. Would NOT recommend. Turtles is WAY better bowling alley.
I am beyond disappointed with this place! It was a complete waste of time and made my birthday celebration suck! Please take heed to this message! If you go here, you will be utterly disappointed and disgusted by the workers, the equipment/games and the food!!
