This has always been my favorite restaurant. The staff, the food, the service are all beyond amazing. Never have had a bad experience here.
We stopped in for a late lunch. (2pm) We had our 3 young kids with us. After 5 years as a server I know this can be an odd time, but our service was very lackluster. Our server was not especially friendly. Our 6 year old ordered for himself, complete with manors only to be stopped short and told that the menu was wrong. (He was still able to get pretty much what he wanted.) I ordered my burger well done, so I knew it would take a bit longer for our food. We received no update as to when it might be out. We could see the kitchen from our booth. We saw what looked to be one of our plates. It sat in the window for about 5 minutes as the other plates came up. Then the plates sat in the window. Dying. We were not surprised to have lukewarm fries and kid food (which the boys did not mind too much) We mentioned as much to our server. Management came out to hear us out and comp'd our entire bill (they ordered to replace the food, but We were too hungry to wait any longer.) We did remember to tip our server, but We were very disappointed with our overall experience.
it was a delicious later in the evening meal after casino trip. The 5.00 appetizers are a great deal. we tried boneless wings Italian flatbread pizza chips and queso and spinach artichoke dip. courteous staff. drink were good too. Try the lemon drop martini. highly recommend this. place looking forward to trying the Sunday brunch buffet
Need a good place to go at night for a beer that is not too busy, not too loud, talk to friends and/or watch a big game? I would recommend Champps. The food, appetizers and drinks are good and Champps usually has good drink and happy hour specials.
